Calling all Gorge wedding couples! If you’re feeling like you need just a little extra support, like a trusted friend you can call to get insider tips and tricks from, we’ve got your back.

Jen is your lead wedding Concierge! With over 12 years of wedding photography experience in the Gorge and running the cutest photo booth you’ve ever seen, she’s now added the role of Event Management at Mt Hood Organic Farms to her repertoire. Jen’s approach to all her Gorge Wedding services combines a deep knowledge of the local vendor community with making you feel like she’s your planning bestie.

Makena is the ops gurus behind Gorge Wedding Concierge. She helps to manage inquiries, job timelines, emails and is there to get you a prompt response. She and her team will also be behind any “Booking Concierge” service you might request.

A concierge is our vision of your planning bestie. We offer ad-hoc consulting and coordination, as well as special packages to combine our fabulous advice giving with media offerings from our sister companies.

Problem #1

You want to plan a destination wedding in The Gorge, but not sure which venue best suits your needs and vision, much less which vendors to book!

There are so many incredible venue options in Hood River and surrounding areas and if you’re not familiar with the region, it would be hard to decide where to host your fabulous event. That’s where we come in. We want to hear about all your ideas, guest count and what’s most important to you and consult with you on which venue and vendors best suit your desires.


Problem #2

Needing local knowledge and a little help to best plan your wedding?

As you’re planning your wedding, you’ll come across all sorts of details that could use local knowledge. Where should we have our rehearsal dinner? What do we do with the pups, especially if we want them to be a part of the big day? We’re here to be that inside source for all the tips you need along the way, or for a full debrief as you start your process.


Problem #3

Wanting support and not sure if you needing a full planner.

Full-service planning is a great option, but can be expensive and potentially overkill for couples who want a simple or micro wedding. Going it alone is *tough* so we don’t blame you if you’re craving a little hand holding to get started. We’re offering a  la carte coordinating and guiding you along the way, while supporting your individual vision.

  • Never heard of a wedding concierge? Us either, that’s why we created our team. Planners are typically essential! But who’s the best in town to support your vision and ideas? We know, we know! At the same time, it’s really tough to even START planning a wedding and that’s where we best come in — to put a little gas in your tank and get cha goin’.

  • Maybe so! There are a few fabulous Gorge venues that have built-in planning teams and plenty of a la carte full service planners that we are happy to refer you to. Chatting through your vision and everything you're dreaming for your big day will help us steer you in the right direction with who else to book.

  • If your venue doesn’t include it, for sure!! We don’t do day-of coordination — all of our services are taken care of over email, facetime or the tele, but can recommend our favorite, most on-top-of-it contest to support your day on-site.
